Yale University’s Office of Development relocated to a high-rise building in New Haven, CT, occupying three full floors. H2Z Design worked closely with the Client to plan & relocate 275 + staff, providing services for programming, space planning, new FFE standards, and evaluation of demolition and new construction scope. H2Z teamed with Greg, Weis & Gardner Architects to procure final documents.
